Lay back and allow yourself to be carried away by the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other healing instruments. This session will include a guided meditation and multi instrumental sound journey leaving you relaxed and refreshed. Bring your yoga mat and anything else to make you feel comfortable laying on the floor (pillow, blanket, eye mask, water).
Please note Sound Baths may not be suitable if you:
Have a pacemaker
Have any metal implants
Are in the first Trimester of pregnancy
