New Moon Sound Bath at 4pm

New Moon in Cancer shines through to help you to explore your inner and outer worlds. This sound journey is an opportunity to surrender and observe your emotions from a place of love. Emy will guide you through a beautiful session that includes breathwork, intention setting and a deep relaxation through the healing vibrations of sound.  

During the sound journey it is important that you are as comfortable as possible so please bring: 

• Yoga mat

• Cushion / pillow

• Blanket

• Eye mask

• Bottle of water

Please note Sound Baths may not be suitable if you:

• Have a pacemaker

• Have any metal implants

• Are in the first Trimester of pregnancy
