BAM! is a fusion of non-contact boxing and mindfulness, using physical exercise and simple, powerful mindfulness practices to improve mental health. BAM! was awarded the national Innovations in Mindfulness Award 2022.

These sessions will be led by trained BAM! Practitioners from Rainbow Mind and will be suitable for beginners and involve moderate physical activity. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect and move mindfully. Register now to secure your spot!

Things to note when participating in BAM!:

  • We understand that our identities and lives change and evolve and there is no need to feel you have to be a certain way, or fit a certain box.

  • All parts of you are welcome.

  • Our team are experienced in creating safe spaces for people who are LGBTQIA+.

  • All activities within the session are invitational, go at your own pace and participate as much as feels right for you.

  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement. 

  • Bring water to stay hydrated.
