Morning Qi Gong

This qigong session will involve flowing, gentle movements timed

with slow breathing and is designed to boost energy and calmness.

Qigong is primarily used as a mindfulness practise, but also has lots

of benefits for physical health, such as working the smaller muscles

of the body. Most people report a sense of feeling more uplifted and

peaceful after sessions.

No equipment needed, just loose clothing.
