Breathwork for Grief session

This guided session is designed as a compassionate space for processing grief and emotional release, following the grief workshop. Using Conscious Connected Breathwork, we will gently explore what’s held in the body, allowing space for healing, release, and deep connection. Breathwork is a powerful tool for moving stuck emotion and energy, and this session offers a safe, supportive environment for just that.

This session can be emotionally and physically intense, though the approach will be gentle and trauma-aware. Please avoid eating heavy meals, drinking alcohol, or using any stimulants beforehand. Not suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, schizophrenia, or a history of severe cardiovascular conditions.
