Conscious Connected Breathwork (Full Session)

This transformative session will take you on an inner journey using Conscious Connected Breathwork—a powerful practice that helps you get out of your head and into your body. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper self-awareness, this session offers space for clarity, emotional release, and connection with your true self.

Expect music, guided support, and a non-judgmental space to let go. Please come with an open mind, an empty stomach (no heavy food beforehand), and no alcohol. Breathwork is not suitable for anyone pregnant, with epilepsy, severe mental health disorders (like schizophrenia), or serious heart conditions.
