This Yoga class is an invitation to connect with your energy. Emy will guide you through a Vinyasa Yoga flow to awaken the energy of your Chakras. Expect conscious breath and body movement while chanting mantras and feeling the love.

Emy is a British-Colombian energy worker based in London. He is a Yoga Teacher 200 RYT, Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and Sound Healing Facilitator. He is the founder of ChokuReiki Healing which focuses on sharing love and positive vibes to support your wellbeing through holistic practices.

Emy offers classes, events / retreats for all and creates safe spaces for the Queer community to gather together and share their beautiful rainbow vibes.
