Microdosing Joy - A Guided Practice in Cultivating Queer Resilience
Joy is more than a feeling—it’s a resource. Cultivating joy is a
powerful act of queer resilience, affirmation, and connection.
In this session, we’ll explore what it means to microdose joy through
small, intentional practices that support you in feeling good and
blooming in your own way. Through visualisation and reflection,
you’ll tap into fulfilment, appreciation, and possibility—training your
mind to expand even the smallest moments of joy. Through
breathwork, EFT tapping, and gentle presence, we’ll ease stress
and tension, creating space for calm, clarity, and uplift.
Whether you’re craving more ease, grounding, or a shift in energy,
this is your invitation to breathe, lift your mood, and make space for
what makes your queer heart bloom.
Bring a pen and something to journal in—your phone works too.
